The RAISE-UP
("Responsible AI Strategy for Education in Universities") project is a €1-million European Union Erasmus+ initiative coordinated by Riga Business School. Running from 2026 to 2028, it unifies European universities to develop ethical, inclusive, and pedagogical frameworks for using Generative AI in education.
The project consortium brings together researchers, universities, governments, and international organizations from Cyprus, Malta, the Netherlands, Germany, and Latvia. The initiative aims to push educational institutions beyond ad hoc AI use toward strategic, evidence-based AI integration.

Erasmus+ KA220-VET
EngineerTrack is an innovative Erasmus+ KA220-VET project that transforms traditional engineering internships into an engaging digital experience [1.4]. Led by Bursa Technical University, the project bridges the gap between academia and industry by introducing a gamified application that eliminates heavy paperwork and boosts student motivation [1.4].
The platform connects students, company mentors, and universities through interactive task-tracking and real-time performance dashboards. By standardizing competency evaluations, EngineerTrack modernizes the traineeship ecosystem and builds a highly skilled, future-ready engineering workforce.

SWEPPP
SWEPPP is based on the idea that achieving sustainable well-being requires a holistic approach, aligning personal, professional, and planetary welfare. It aims to foster wellness across these three dimensions by empowering individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to enact meaningful action.

REPOWER REGIONS is responding to one of Europe’s most urgent challenges—reducing dependency on fossil fuels by transforming how we heat and cool our buildings.
Our mission is to equip the workforce—both current and future—with the green and digital skills needed to deliver clean, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.

SHOUT
SHOUT empowered SSH graduates and students, along with organizations, to tackle SDG challenges. It focused on enhancing innovation capacity and collaboration among HEIs, SMEs, and NGOs and also provide model educational programs and research traineeships, It also established a self-sustaining SSH research and innovation HUB for knowledge exchange and joint solutions at a European level.

TO4TOO
TOO4TO is a 35-month EU-funded Erasmus+ project aimed at increasing the skills, competencies, and awareness of future managers and employees in sustainable management practices. The project focuses on supporting sustainable development in the EU and beyond. This website serves as the main source of information about the TOO4TO project and its developments. Additionally, it hosts an active blog that encourages discussions and exploration of various sustainability-related topics from diverse perspectives.

DIGITAL BALANCE
Digital Balance was a project that empowered individuals and organizations in the areas of well-being and sustainable digital transformation. It focused on enhancing digital competences and promoting resilience and adaptability to cope with digital advancements. The project equipped individuals with the necessary skills to confidently navigate the digital landscape, while also assisting organizations in developing strategies for managing the digital transition effectively. The ultimate aim was to enable both individuals and organizations to thrive in the digital era, maintaining a healthy balance and contributing to sustainable digital transformation.
