Why this Course?

Sustainable transformation begins with people: how they understand change, make decisions, work together, and translate sustainability into everyday organizational practice. As sustainability reporting and ESG requirements become relevant for more companies, organizations need people who can interpret changing regulations, connect them to business reality, and coordinate action across teams and functions.

This course places people at the center of sustainability implementation. It provides the foundations needed to understand sustainability principles, navigate ESG and reporting requirements, and build the organizational culture, roles, and processes required to turn regulatory expectations into meaningful and lasting impact.

Lead Sustainable Transformation. Build Organizational Impact.

Develop the knowledge, skills, and practical understanding to navigate ESG requirements, engage people across your organization, and turn sustainability ambitions into lasting results.

Foundations of Sustainability and Systems Thinking

This module introduces sustainability as an integrated organizational system that shapes strategy, risk, stakeholder expectations, and long-term value creation. Participants explore how environmental, social, governance, and economic factors interact across organizations, value chains, and markets, and learn how systems thinking supports more informed decision-making in complex transformation contexts.

Green & Digital Transformation

This module explores how sustainability and digitalization jointly reshape organizations, operations, and business models. Participants examine how data, digital tools, automation, and new management approaches can support transparency, coordination, innovation, and more effective implementation of sustainability-related change.

EU Regulatory Frameworks and Double Materiality

This module provides an overview of key sustainability frameworks, including CSRD, ESRS, VSME, and other industry specific standards and regulations, and explains how regulatory requirements translate into business implications. Participants also learn the logic of double materiality, including how organizations identify, assess, and prioritise sustainability impacts, risks, opportunities, and stakeholder perspectives.

ESG Data, Reporting and Disclosure Logic

This module focuses on how sustainability information is structured, collected, measured, validated, and communicated. Participants learn how ESRS requirements become ESG data points, how internal data responsibilities and workflows are organized, and how sustainability disclosures are prepared, reviewed, and aligned with reporting standards such as ESRS and GRI.

Implementation, Governance and Risk

This module shows how sustainability is translated into governance structures, roles, processes, roadmaps, and operational decision-making. Participants explore practical implementation challenges such as data gaps, internal coordination, audit readiness, digital ESG systems, and the management of sustainability-related risks across the organization.

“Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
