Why this Course?
Modern systems and lifestyles often push well-being into a secondary place, even though it is one of the foundations shaping how people live, think, work, interact, and make decisions. Personal well-being is never only individual: it influences - and is influenced by - relationships, organizations, communities, and the wider systems people live and work within.
This course translates that perspective into a practical framework. Participants explore how everyday routines, mindful self-management, purposeful work, team interaction, and sustainability-oriented choices can create positive effects across daily life, professional practice, and the environments they help shape.
Empower Well-being. Create Impact.
Build the knowledge, skills, and habits to thrive in your personal life, professional career, and contribution to a sustainable future.

INTRO: A Holistic Approach to Well-being
The course begins by looking at well-being beyond the individual level. Participants explore how daily routines, work environments, social relationships, communities, and ecological conditions influence one another.
This module introduces practical systems-oriented perspectives that help participants understand well-being as something shaped by - and shaping - the wider contexts in which people live and work.

Personal Well-being
This module focuses on personal well-being as the capacity for sustainable functioning in complex and changing environments. Participants work with topics such as habit formation, stress management, sleep, movement, nutrition, social connection, and adaptive self-management. The emphasis is not on perfection, but on developing realistic and sustainable routines that support long-term vitality, clarity, recoverability, and purposeful action.

Professional Well-bening
This module focuses on professional well-being as the capacity to engage meaningfully and sustainably in working life. Participants explore how work design, workplace relationships, and organizational culture shape their experience at work, alongside topics such as strengths, values, purpose, motivation, and job crafting. The emphasis is on developing awareness and practical approaches that support engagement, resilience, adaptability, and long-term professional growth.

Planetary Well-being
This module connects human well-being with wider environmental systems. Participants explore concepts such as planetary boundaries, sustainable lifestyles, human-nature interconnectedness, and environmental resilience. The module shows how everyday choices, organisational practices, and collective behaviour influence ecological systems - and how sustainability can become part of practical decision-making in life, work, and community contexts.

OUTRO: Integration into Everyday Practice
The final module brings the course perspectives together and supports participants in translating them into practical next steps. Participants reflect on their learning journey, identify concrete opportunities for change, and explore tools and techniques for developing a personal life-design plan.
The emphasis is placed on continuity, reflection, and realistic actions that can be carried into everyday life, work, and longer-term personal development.
“Each one of us matters, has a role to play, and makes a difference. Each one of us must take responsibility for our own lives, and above all, show respect and love for living things around us, especially each other.”
