"Responsible AI Strategy for Education in Universities" project is a €1-million European Union Erasmus+ initiative coordinated by Riga Business School. Running from 2026 to 2028, it unifies European universities to develop ethical, inclusive, and pedagogical frameworks for using Generative AI in education.
The project consortium brings together researchers, universities, governments, and international organizations from Cyprus, Malta, the Netherlands, Germany, and Latvia. The initiative aims to push educational institutions beyond ad hoc AI use toward strategic, evidence-based AI integration.
EngineerTrack

EngineerTrack is an innovative Erasmus+ KA220-VET project that transforms traditional engineering internships into an engaging digital experience. Led by Bursa Technical University, the project bridges the gap between academia and industry by introducing a gamified application that eliminates heavy paperwork and boosts student motivation.
The platform connects students, company mentors, and universities through interactive task-tracking and real-time performance dashboards. By standardizing competency evaluations, EngineerTrack modernizes the traineeship ecosystem and builds a highly skilled, future-ready engineering workforce.
SWEPPP

SWEPPP is based on the idea that achieving sustainable well-being requires a holistic approach, aligning personal, professional, and planetary welfare. It aims to foster wellness across these three dimensions by empowering individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to enact meaningful action. Our team has developed a series of learning materials aligned with the skill-based modules of the SWEPPP Training Curriculum. Each topic is delivered through curated themes and knowledge content, accompanied by activities to deepen understanding and practical application.

Social Sciences and Humanities in intersectoral Outreach for better education and sustainable solutions was a knowledge alliance project that was implemented between 2019 and 2023, and was co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Commission. The project consortium included HEIs, NGOs and small consultancy companies as partners, and was led by the Vilnius University (Lithuania).

Sustainable Management: Tools for Tomorrow was a transnational project that was implemented between 2020 and 2023, in cooperation with universities from Finland, Lithuania and Poland, and was co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Commission. The project’s main objective was to increase the skills, competencies, and awareness of future managers and employees in the field of available tools and methods to provide sustainable management, and, as a result, support sustainable development in the EU and beyond.

Digital Balance

Digital Balance was a transnational project that was funded by the EU – Erasmus+ Program and implemented between 2021 and 2023. The project consortium was composed of partners from Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Greece and Ireland, and was coordinated by EMG. The project’s main objective was to design, develop and implement a new approach to train VET teachers, leaders and managers in digital wellbeing.
